Yesterday afternoon we had a band practice at the E's house with Daniel's Drum Teacher Dylan, who is the Music teacher at East High. He was able to give us some really helpful advice and kept things focused (an unusual event). And I'll always remember the look on Jordan's face when he told him that he liked his song because of how during the verse the chord change occurs on every other sixteenth note, which is in fact what it does, but I don't think that anyone was thinking about that sort of thing when it was written =)

After practice we went to eat at the house and, with the exception of Jarred, who had a track meet that evening. Then, after Daniel and Jordan watched their favorite flick: Peter Pan; we went back up to the barn and practiced for about another hour. Then I left, and apparently the other guys were going to camp out in the new tree fort, which I think is kind of crazy as it was raining but, to them that is theirs. And for all I know, they are probably still sleeping up there as I write this post ; )
